Cold start = 2k rpm idle consistent
Warm start = 800rpm idle but when driving the idle only rises and never goes back to 800
Any ideas guys? Im sorry i if it is confusing i am trying to be simple because im sleepy. ITs a 88TII.

cold start should be about 1500, then drop to about 1100 then to about 700. Your RPM gauge may be off.
your rpm gauge is supposted to go up while you drive. I dont know of any car that keeps a idle rpm while driving.
