Looking for a pic of a black FC with phone dials... Thanks

 

If I recall correctly, it would have to be a respray. Black wasn't an option for any of the base models with four luggers, so finding a picture might be difficult.

 

I owned a black 88 SE base with the phone dials, no pictures though, they did indeed make them.

because I'm getting a black 4 lug FC this weekend with phone dials.. so I'd like to get a picture in my head.. bump.

You are correct, Brilliant Black (PZ) was not originally listed as an exterior color for the 88 SE. However, they were still produced for some reason. I bought mine late in 88, and it was the first black SE in Florida. I have seen a few since, but they are pretty rare.

Cool, I was right... kinda. My last FC was a Brilliant Black '88 GXL, I thought it was the only non-Turbo S4 availble in black, but guess not.
