Want To Fix The Rust, Where To Get Sheet Metal?

I have some autobody experience. when I was in highschool (15 years ago) I took the autobody classes.
Now I have this FC that is rusted on the passenger quarter and the rails below the doors in front of the rear wheel wells. I would really like to fix this. the autobody shop quotes $3800 for the repair. I said no. and now I would like to fix it myself.
Is there a place to buy the replacement parts for the under the doors? Should I just cut it off of a donor car and weld them into my car?
i was thinking of using the 20mm wider fiber quarters from ebay.
I would like it better than stock. stronger of course.
thanks

umm it really sounds like something that is out of your spec. honestly you can just buy another fc that is in good condition for way less then the 3800 quoted by a repair shop.

Common areas...Pictures would help though...

Mazda sells every piece of sheet metal on the car. In fact, if you had an insane amount of money, you could buy an entire FC body in pieces and weld it together. You'll find the chassis parts catalog linked in the FAQ, from which you can get the part numbers to order at the dealer. Body parts are not as expensive as you might think.

cut out the really bad sections. sand and por-15 the remainder.
install some super mild wide body to cover it up and call it a day.

for the portions by the door, sand it down and por-15. fill it in. done.
