Want to buy turbo FC and use turbo parts I already have...

I am looking to buy a 1990 RX-7 GTU with the S5 JDM turbo engine swapped in already. The car has a 3" full exhaust, MSD plug wires (haha not a mod!), a front mount intercooler, and a nice suspension. Engine mods are more my concern...

I already have a T3/T4 hybrid turbo (standard T3 flange) that flows to around 330whp efficiently, and wanted to use that turbo on the rotary engine along with some bigger injectors I will purchase myself, get it all tuned, and so on. The only problems I can see with this, is that my turbo has a .48 turbine side which seems to be very small by rotary standards and might restrict upper RPM power. Would I still be able to make good numbers on this turbo with that small of a turbine side, or would I best switch to a .63 AR or even a T4 compressor?

I also have a Tial 38mm and an internal wastegate for my T3/T4, and these would be no problem on a rotary engine if I make them fit. Are there off-the-shelf parts for mounting a T3 flanged turbo and external wastegate to this engine, or would I have to make them myself?

I really hate asking questions that might be dumb, I did search, but only found stuff about BNR kits. but I have only a passing knowledge of rotaries...

330hp on a piston engine?
If so, it's too small for a 13BT.

38mm Tial?
Too small for a 13BT.

Check out the 'Single Turbo' section of the forum. Lots of interesting stuff to read in there.

Yes 330hp on a piston engine, how could a 38mm Tial be too small though? Creep at high rpm?
Another Q I might as well ask, how do I read a compressor map for a rotary? It was easy to figure it out for my Talon but from the sounds of it there is something significantly different with a rotary
