do i need a resister pack if using a SAFC2?

There's absolutely no reason to run a Walbro pump on an NA. You'll totally overwhelm the pressure regulator, and make the car run very rich. Which you will just have to tune out with the S-AFC.

Ah, I see. Well, since you have the S-AFC, you don't need to worry about the fuel pump resistors. Rewire the pump to get 12V straight from the battery (using the stock relay to control your fuel pump relay) and tune the richness out with your S-AFC.
