Walbro 255 fuel Pump dead?
I got a walbro installed when I did my t2 swap. Car has sat about 6-8 months because I had surgery on my knee and had not even been able to get into the car. In the mean time I replaced the engine harness with another turbo 2 harness of the same year, Installed a new knockbox (old one was broken) Installed an Rtek 1.7 ECU and 750cc injectors. I also have a fuel cut switch installed.
When I jumper the yellow check plug by the boost sensor on the strut tower, I get full voltage at the plug at the rear of the car, I can't beleive that damn walbro is already dead, because it's not whirring like it should be, I pulled the plugs after turning the engine over and I can't even smell any fuel on them. There is no pressure in the lines.

There shouldnt be any fuel on the plugs unless your injectors were stuck open while you tried jumpering the fuel pump. You can try taking the pump out and test it. Did you run the tank almost dry before?

Yes I did run the tank dry. I had been cranking the car over with brand new plugs in it after I put in the new injectors etc. I half expected it to flood because of the amount of time it had been sitting.
You may have burned out the pump then. The gasoline it pumps helps to keep the pump cool and prevent it from overheating. I'm not sure if they have a warranty or not but you should look into it.

It seems like the Walbro's don't like to be sitting around in the tank for too long.
I had a customer who had his sitting in his tank for about 2 years.
When we were able to get the car going, the Walbro was frozen solid.
