Volvo e-fan 940 and 960's

Hey guys, I just wanted to share a find of mine. I just bought a e-fan from the junkyard from a 92-97 Volvo 940/960 and it is nearly a perfect fit. It covers the whole radiator. I first bought a fan from a Ford Escort, but this fits far better!
So if your looking for a good/cheap fan...this is a good one to use. As soon as I get all my engine work complete I will post pics.

Incase you want to take a look.

Not suprising, the 740/760 Turbo intercooler is a perfect fit too, if you space the radiator back a tad (and relocate the battery for the piping.) I'm building a FMIC setup based on a 760 intercooler now.

Let me know how that goes, I was looking at the whole thing...seems almost perfect except that its plastic tanks. I wonder how much PSI they can handle and how well it cools. Keep me posted...please.

They are supposed to support up to about 35 pounds of pressure before blowing the tanks... not bad, in my opinion.

I'll take a photo series on it when I get around to mounting it.
