Video of my extremely annoying problem...I really need help guys
still sounds like the timing is off. Your marks can be lined up and your timing still be off. It could be several things. One, if you miss match your pulley with another hub. I have seen up to 13 degrees variation before just by putting differnt pulleys on. The only real way to check and make sure your timing is right if you dont have the right pulley is to by a racing beat or some other kind of pulley where the hup and the pulley are one piece.
You could also have put the gear that drives the CAS on backwards. That will throw your timing way off. What i would do is restab the CAS, then get somebody to turn the car over while you rotate the CAS, it should catch and try to start.

SHE RUNS!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA IM SO HAPPY!!!!! THE TIMING MARKS ARE FUCKED UP...I KEPT TURNING IT TILL IT HAD LIFE AND SHE STARTED!!! YAY!!!!
I had to shut it off after a few mins because I didnt have my e-fan in yet and she started to warm up, and I'd rather have a flooded engine than a blown engine. Hosting the video now....I'll have it up in a few! I love you guys!

Ok....she started, and ran again! I had it running for about 10 minutes, but when it started to warm up I truned the fan on and the car shut off. The alternator is good, FD alt putting out about 15v on the factory gauge. So what's my problem? Does it put that much of a load on the engine where it'll bring it down like that....also, I had it idling at 2600 RPM, so it should be able to support JUST an e-fan...right? Get back at me guys! You didnt think you were done yet did you?? ha ha ha...evil rx is back
well it is just one thing after another huh? well it runs fine until you fan comes on right? how is your fan wired? it should be off a totally seperate circuit with a 20amp or better relay running it. if it is piggybacked on another circuit for power or whatever i would remove it and use an aftermarket adjustable thermo switch. i picked mine up at a local parts store for like $25. when your car died you said that you had just turned the fan on correct? that would leave me to believe that it is on a manual switch, the aftermarket one is really easy to install and set. get us some more info and a vid so we can go from there.
