Arrow vibration in neutral, 87 NA

i get in my car and start her up, in neutral, then for a second or two it has a weird vibration that shakes really bad and then it goes away, 5 minutes later im at a stop light in neutral again and then it happens for another 2 seconds, starting to think its tranny related or sumthin in that area, i know my clutch throw out bearing is out though. anyone know WTF is going on??

At idle in neutral the drive shaft should be static... Wonder if the pilot bearing is trashed..
