89 vert auto (unfortunately)

Vibrates at lights pretty badly where I need to put it in neutral to stop it. No vibration at any speed only while idling in gear. Damn headache ... Engine mounts or tranny ? Another weekend project sounds fun

 

what rpm is the idle? should be 750 in gear, 850 ( I think) in neutral? if its lower then that it may idle rough... another thing to look into is vaccum leaks, it may cause it to idle weak and shaky

trans mounts are probably fine.... the passenger side motor mounts tent to fail often tho at this age , u may try inspecting that one
