vibration after 120 mph

i noticed a weird vibration at any speed over around 115-125. never had it before. i recently had my rear diff welded in. would this make the car feel different you think?
anyone else have this problem? motor/tranny mount maybe?
its a stupid question, but i had to ask

Do you feel it through the seat or through the steering wheel?

possibly a slight alignment problem?

Might be the tires too. What is the speed rating on them?

Yeah.. front tires could be unbalanced, perhaps you lost a weight?

If you feel it through the wheel, its got something to do with the front of the car.

Feel it through the seat, its got something to do with the back of the car.

I have vibration at the right rear in my 86 na, starts from ~20 mph and gets mental loud over 80 - 100. I'm wondering if it isn't the driveshaft? Probably alignment, though.

see if you have a tire with a chewed up spot as well. that has happened to me and had me in fits trying to figure out what it was. could also be driveshaft joints.
