Vibration at 40mph through gear lever

Never noticed it before but after installing new wheels and tires I have a horrible vibration/wobble at 40mph after 40-42it completely disappears. It literally makes the gear lever mover side to side. Almost like a horribly bent rim. I’ve rebalanced and the rims are not bent.
One tire is slightly out of round but I dont think it’s enough to cause this issue but I’m gna warranty it just in case. Any ideas? What does a bad driveshaft feel like?

Had this same issue awhile ago at around 60. Ball joints and wheel bearings were both bad. Changed them out and fixed the issue

New tire and the vibration is still present. Its really strange between 38-42mph it wobbles the whole car and then disappears. Car drives great, no high speed vibrations just that one spot.
