Exclamation Very Weird Problem!!!

ok..... i was recently in a front end accident which clipped my passenger fender, pass. light, and bumper. Since then i have been noticing alot of vibration in the car. Like when i press the clutch and let off the gas and brakes, there is horrible resination in the car, the steering wheel shakes and the rear end vibrates very bad. I don't think it needs an alignment too bad becuz it doesnt wander or anything. But recently it has been doing the whole vibrate/resination thing even under normal driving. It mellows down when i really get on it but i can still feel it. Could it be in need of a new suspension? Perhaps my tranny mounts are loose? Maybe my differential is going bad or my driveshaft is loose? Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW it is an '87 SE if it matters.

Check U-joints, engine mounts, tranny mounts, and differential mounts. If no luck there, check all your front control arms and bushings and make sure they're all okay and not damaged. Nice cowboy bebop avatar, I like ein a little more than a cat tho.

Yah, U-Joints and your drivetain needs to be checked. That's probably what it is.

It's a start. My friends 7 is an 86, and there was big time vibration in his car ever since he bought it, until we changed the drive shaft.

Give it a shot!
