Very quick driveshaft question!
Hey guys,
Does the FC auto and manual driveshaft share the same front yoke for all years of production? That is, the only difference between them are their lengths?

Ok, well I have a S5 (1988-91 I believe) manual gearbox, and I've been given a manual driveshaft. I need to get a custom driveshaft made anyway because it needs to connect to an 8.8" Ford diff, but manual FC driveshafts are worth a fair bit over here so I was wondering if I could use the yoke of the front of an auto driveshaft on the manual box instead?
I can get an auto driveshaft for like $20 and chop it up, then sell the manual one for $200.
