Vert top drain question

Is there a grommet or seal of some sort that holds the drain tube in place in the pocket\of the top? j
Just got a new cloth top installed in my 88 TURBOVERT THAT'S FOR SALE:

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=547128

But, the drain tubes were just stuck in the holes..doesn't seem right. I want to make sure it is as it should be for anyone who buys my BEAUTIFUL 88 TURBOVERT FOR SALE.

Sorry for the shameless plug

Right, I know about that one and it's in place. Maybe there's nothing but the tube sticking through the fabric on the top. Seems like water would seep around the tube, maybe not.
