I got a 88 vert and i just installed some new vert top motors, they work fine but the drivers side seat belt dosen't work at all, it is locked and i cant bring it out, i cant pull it forward to buckle it in. Any suggestions. This has happened before but my dad told me to put the top down and then up, i did that and the seat belt released itself, but now when i do that nothing happens it remains locked.
