Vacuum line
Hi, I was going to replace all the vacuum line in my 1990 GXL. I still have all the emissions equipment ans everything is stock. I was wondering what length and size vacuum line i would need to replace all my hoses.

Found the answer for anyone else wondering...
To replace all of the vacuum hoses under the engine, you need approximately:
30 feet of 4mm (~3/16")
10 feet of 6mm (~1/4")
2 feet of 10mm (~3/8") - upper intake manifold to brake booster
These estimates do not include the vacuum lines to and from the charcoal canister, various coolant lines, or fluid lines from the windshield wiper spray motor to the spray nozzles on the hood. Add additional amounts of hose if you're planning to replace these hoses as well. Silicon hose can handle being used as a low-pressure coolant hose.

NA or/and TII ~ It doesn't matter. They are Interchangable In terms of size.
I had replaced my Vacuum lines when I was still runnin NA. I got them from Hose Techniques. You will need the following:
3.5mm-20ft
6.0mm-5ft
10mm-1ft
3.5mm snugs far better than 4mm.
I swapped them out with Jet Black Gloss. I never really liked the neon or bright colours anyway. These sizes will cover all vacuum hoses Including the Brake Booster and the lines that connect to the Headlight/Wind Shield Washers. After the swap, you'll still have some left over.
After my conversion, I'm lucky to even have atleast 2ft of vacuum lines. The longest one I have Is the one running off my BOV back to the TB.
