vacuum leak? (videos)

well here is my freshly rebuilt street port engine. it starts and runs but stumbles when i give it a small amount of throttle. now i am running a haltech e6k and the timing has been zeroed but has not been fully tuned. the tune should be good enough for it to idle steady. air/fuel is around 12.3:1. normally i would just take off the intake and block off plates and reseal everything just to be sure but its raining and i cant get it off my mind.

take a look at my videos and tell me what you think. i tried spraying starting fluid on every thing but got no change.

usually when i ask a question on here i end up find my own answer so i kinda hope thats the case
