Vacuum hose question for s5 TII

What are all the vacuum hoses and sizes do I need? All emissions have been removed from the engine, except for the BAC valve. The OMP is blocked off also, and so are the oil injectors.

I'm mainly concerned about the sizes of the hoses.

Majority are 3mm / 3.5mm, 6mm, and a little bit of 10mm (vacuum hose to the brake booster).
There's that one weird 4mm hose for the stock boost sensor.

I thought the 4mm could fit on the 3.5mm lines. Guess not.

3mm is a better fit, but you can't find 3mm all the time.
I noticed some vendors stocking 3.5mm stuff.
The 3.5 is a really tight fit in that stupid stock BOV fitting!
