what do the three pipes on the right side of the ilm go to ?

i has a tag that one of the bolt that join the upper and lower manifiolds to gether go through.

i forgot where the go.

also how do i re plump the flapper for the turbo some help full person pulled all the pipes and the rack out before i got the car, now i need to put it all back on..
