vac question

I have removed all my emissions and i have rewire the twinscoll to the passanger firewall. it there a nipple on the back of the uim that i could connect it to. Im unsure of which nipples have vac and boost, or just vac or just boost. what does the twin scroll solenoid need to see?

On my series four turboii, there are four nipples. One above the other. The very bottom one is the only one that pulls a vacuum. The other three do not.

Or you could use the nipple that is just aft of the bac. Or tee off your vac line that is going to the boost/pressure sensor.

It looks like the solenoid vents air or somthing, because it has alittle vent on it. wouldnt that effect the pressure sensor reading. Does anyone know what the twin scoll solenoid needs to see? Boost or vac or both.

It needs vac. There's a check valve the needs to be between the manifold and solenoid, oriented so the arrow points to the manifold. See the schematic on page 4B-53 of the FSM.
