vac lines keep blowing and running bad

ok heres the deal maybe someone will have an idea, i just got my turbo II running again its an 88 with a 90 j-spec motor, i put it all together and it was great then my turbo went, so i got a new turbo alittle bigger factory upgrade, now as soon as i get on it, and the turbo starts spooling good maybe around 5-7 pounds of boost, it will blow off atleast 2 vac lines and sometimes an IC hose, most of the times different ones, no matter what i do, i used good lines tie wrapped everything, im outta ideas, and also if i drive it, just cant get into boost, after alittle bit seems more like when its in traffic or going through the city it starts bogging and dont wanta run, but if i stop and let it idle, or shut it off for 5-10 mins it will be fine til it gets really hot again, the car runs cool, so i dont know what this is, and if my problems are the same thing or what, any help would be great, thanks in advance
