using high imp injectors in my low imp car :)

well, this is the last leg in getting my motor in and running hopefully. the s4 injectors i have are pretty nasty looking, i know they leaked and the seals are cracked. the injector clips i have on the wireing harness are all broken. i have the s5 injectors off my new motor, which are in great shape. the wireing harness was cut at the firewall so all the clips are on them too. i looked for a while, but didnt turn up anything, what i need is a write up to using the high imp injectors on my s4, or any helpfull advice

Find your Solenoid Resistor on the fender below the afm/air filter.

Unplug it.

Cut the Solenoid Resistors wires in half. Chunk the solenoid resitor on the back shelf.

Now you have just a plug and five wires. Splice all five wires together and cover with shrink tubing or??????????

Mate the connector back to the harnes where you disconnected it.

Your through. Done, Fini

On the LAST PAGE of this thread https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...ight=resistors I posted a link to a picture of what a solenoid resistor looks like and also what it looks like with the aluminum cover removed.

Just look at the assy solenoid resistor in the picture and follow what I said in the answer I made in the post above. OR follow the instructions written on the picture in the url
