I pulled my '89 vert's computer last night to check it for a fryed board. What I did find was it looked as if it was once under about 2 inches of water, so there is a ton of water damage on the boards. Enough corrosion that some diodes and resistors are practically corroded together.

My question is...I have a '90 GXL for parts and can I use that ECU from that car or do I need one from another vert? TIA
