Bank account broken!

i agree rear appex should of been an option as its the #1 problem with these cars!(translates to empty bank account!)the question is has anyone not spit an appex? v8 sounds better everyday! with the exception of grannys price estimates for getting the job done, that company has single handedly crushed alot of peoples hopes/dreams as not all of us wanna dump an extra 5grand into a car we already have a ton of $ into, just to sit back and realize we now have a car worth maybe $2500-3500 if were lucky! hey love the cars just hate rotory! jim

Wow.. I don't have power windows in my 87 SE, but then again it's the cheapies person model.. at least my little didgital clock works along with the horn and nothing's cracked.. cept the surround around the dummy lights.. only real problem i have is that accursed fuel pump.. that's the only thing not working! and the add coolant sensor.. The fuel pmp is rather easy to get at.. if the screw heads don't STRIP OUT ON YA!! even after you use squirrel ****. although the driver's side seat does need to be replaced.. the side's a bit chewed up from normal wear .. Not bad for 150 bucks and 193K miles on it.. i guess..

I really wish someone that makes CF products would make a line of series specific vents. A package of all of em. I'd buy it. Hell i'd be happy with a reasonably priced replacement for the window defrosters with the VIN.

Recently purchased 86 for only $300. Shall we try what's NOT broken on it?!?!?! Off the top of my head
1. Clock
2. Dummy light surround
3. Driver's side visor
4. plastic piece on side of drivers seat by door
(makes it impossible to slide seat)

All I can say is...OH GOD!!! WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO?!?!?! AAAARRRGGHHHH!

I broke 2 driver side door handles and one passenger side.

and the shitty part was, i broke the driver side one and while the new driver side handle was getting sent to me, i broke the passenger one. So i had to get into my car throught the hatch. I ended up using a rope that it tied onto the inside handle.

now thats bad fawking luck!

and power windows, the passenger side switch went on me but they were not very hard to fix. the only problem was finding out which side broke because neither side would open the window if one was broke.

I haven't figured out everything that is broken on my car yet but Sunroof and all the plastic switches (ex: turn signal) which is really annoying but thank god for my daily driver. Someday my RX-7 will run everytime I start it. But my Radio works great. :p
