CA Usdm s5 t2 emissions don't exist anymore??

Been looking for usdm s5 t2 emissions such as aws, acv, aws, Bacv, air pump. I can't find these things anywhere. Is there a place that May stock used units? Any shops across the United States that may have these parts? Seems like these parts are nonexistent nowadays.

Well the cars are old, they didn't sell at the volumes of a Honda civic, and fc owners aren't exactly known for buying new parts( because cost). Besides mazdatrix and another website(Atkins???) your going to have to get those parts used from the classifieds

The classified section. Most of us discard all that stuff so one WTB thread and you'll have half a dozen options by the end of the day.

Simple, there are VERY few USDM s5 turbo cars produced. I do not know the actual production numbers, but in my observation, probably 60 out of 100 rx7s you encounter will be common s4 non turbo; 25 may be s5 non turbo; 14 may be s4 turbo, and the remaining one is your s5 turbo. I have literally worked on and parted out hundreds of FC's in 15 years, and of those that I have personally touched, less than 5 were true USDM s5 turbo II's.

I understand. Has anybody been able to modify jdm acv for s5 t2 to accept the second solenoid? The template is already there for it and about to drill and tap it just to accept the solenoid to pass visual inspection and have no check engine light. Or a way to bypass solenoids on Cv by any resistor?

you could just drill an tap, that is what Mazda did, or just plug the thing in, and tuck it away, or use a 15ohm resistor.

you could probably still get a new ACV from Mazda, but they were never cheap

As for the ACV itself, that part should be the same between s4 and s5 USDM turbo models. And there are quite a few more s4 t2's out there to get emissions parts from. The air pump and brackets can also work from the s4. Same for the split air pipe and catalytic converters. IN a pinch you could even use the s4 vacuum rack and solenoids, but you may have to run an extra hose or two, or maybe modify it just a bit to use it. Most of the differences relate to the s5's boost solenoid which has no impact on emissions.

in fact I have a USDM s4 turbo II emissions rack with solenoids sitting here on the shelf if you need it.

Will usdm s4 t2 air pump fit s5 with s5 bracket? Assuming water pump housings are different. Will s4 t2 aws throw a cel or have problems on s5?

A lot of good information I had trouble finding. Going to source s4 t2 usdm acv. Going to use s4 bacv. Very close to having all emission components and will have to wire s4 Na dash harness to s5 ecu (been running s4 electronics and know work needed to do so). Unless anybody has the pinout for it already.

Again much appreciated rotary resurrection for all the help so far and if you have those parts lmk

You're giving the ECU/CEL in this car way too much credit. Only major sensor codes will set a CEL in my experience: TPS, pressure sensor, AFM, OMP, etc.

Emissions solenoids wont set the CEL but will show up if you manually pull codes.

Yes, the s4 t2 air pump/brackets will fit the s5 t2 engine/WPH. It is a close fit between the s4 upper bracket and the s5 tstat neck/radiator hose, and you might have to grind on the back of the bracket slightly if memory serves, but I have done it before.

The BACV is not an emissions part per se. The s4 and s5 turbo ones do the same thing but use a different plug so you'd need a matching plug for whichever one you want to use.
