USDM JDM Housing differences

I know the LIM/UIM and Tbody are different, but what about the housings.
Can you use an USDM Turbo side housing or rotor housing in place of a JDM side housing or rotor housing?

The irons and housings are identical. It's the bolt on parts that differ, and none of it is substantial.
