Is this usable s5 turbo 2 housing

Came out of my t2 Usdm 1989 rx7 the car had around 89,000 miles when removed

Honestly the housing wear looks too much for me. I wouldn't. In my personal opinion, it's much more beneficial to just use two brand new housings. Some engine builders won't even touch a rebuild job unless new housings are used, and the quality and results are generally why.
