Upgrading Injectors...

I have a '90 TII that I just did a motor swap/upgrade to. I added a garret to4e turbo, hks fmic, hks pfc-fcon, hks evc, hks bov, hks boost scrambler, hks aic, AFX wideband, RP fuel pump, and removed emissions.

The fcon is supposedly tuned for 1 bar, the AIC has two additional injectors which I think are 440's, and i still have the stock 550's on the primary and secondary.

My question is...Will I definitly need bigger injectors? And if so what combination should I use?

I could use 550 primaries and 720/100/1680 secondaries and the (2) 440's. or....
I could use 550 primaries 550 secondaries and 720/1000 additional injectors.
or a number of other combinations.

But I guess it depends on if it is a better idea to upgrade the stock injectors and keep the 440 additional ones or keep the stock injectors and upgrade the additional injectors.

This 4 month project is finally at a finish but I just realized today I might not have enough injector. I'm not fully sure what this turbo can put out but a local speedshop said that at 13psi is cshould hit 400 and at 20 should be around 550 or so.
There isn't a lot in the archives or in the 2nd gen forum about upgrading your injectors and which sizes to use for different applications.

Any help would be very appreciated. BTW this is my DD so i need it to be reliable.

I am running a TO4B turbo and I have 720 primaries and 1000 secondaries, but every car is going to be different. I would start by using your wideband before buying any injectors so you have an idea of what you need.

"t04e" does tell us much.
T04E describes a whole family of turbos.
It can be anything from a tiny "40" trim making just about 200hp all the way up to a "60" trim with the potential to make over 400.

I just realized I don't even know what the "e" and the "b" stand for,
such as TO4E and TO4B.

what is the difference between the different letters. I think I have seen other letters at the end also.

I have a Garret TO4E a/r50, exh .83 internaly gated. Its on a HKS cast manifold.
At least I think that is exactly what it is.

T04B (like T04E) describe a family of Garrett turbos.
The T04E family of turbos are a newer design versus the T04B family of turbos.
Some T04B (compressor wheel) sizes are: S-trim, V-trim, H-trim

It sounds like you have the HKS T04E "kit".
It's a special T04E "57" trim wheel.
The turbo is able to make 300...350 at the wheels pretty easily.
I've seen instances where people have made even 400 at the wheels.
