Upgrading ignition coil set up
does anyone have a write up or how to on complete wiring up ls coil packs with stock ECU

There is no point in doing this.

And the signals provided by the stock ECU (specifically the trailing toggle) is not compatible with the LS coils.

the stock ecu only runs the stock coils. they are pretty good, but if you wanna get better coils, it will have to be either stand alone ignition computer and a carb, or a stand alone ECU to drive new/better coils.

Most people say the stock ignition stuff is good to 400whp. And at that point your probably running stand alone management anyway. And as your asking about a stock ecu mod your probably under 400 hp. So your already good to go!
