upgraded turbo questions..

upgraded turbo questions..

hi,

I'm about to buy a new turbo, this one .. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2449153335

my consern is ..
will the Axel (its a original axel) take the harder presure from the upgraded Compressor wheel (50mm from 43.5 stock) ?

and, anyone had any bad experiance with the company ?

Sure.

I don't have any direct experience, but their feedback looks pretty good.

they are good, they do good work, and are reliable. They work about 30mins from where i live. I have never had a problem.

So this is a direct bolt on upgrade. How much power is it good up to? Any specs on it? It comes with an external wastegate as well?

he usually uses a S5 turbo and manafold.. hopefully you ahve one of those already.. he will post the wastegate a bit.. This is a great upgrade! my bud has one on his car with a Microtech and it rips pretty good..

Looks like it. I see HT18 on the side of the turbo. In the first pic I believe it's a before and after.

Yes, it's a compressor upgrade or hybrid.
The machine out the stock compressor housing and backing plate to fit the larger wheel in it - it's typical.

I dunno what a "50mm" compressor wheel is, but it's not that big.
