update for those of you not wanting to do the 134a ac conversion
Well, I debated on doing the 134a conversion for the ac this weekend. Well, luckily I know a guy that works at Comfortech, and he said, he had some freon that was a drop-in for r-12. It is called 409a. Well, we pulled a vacuum, and dropped in 24 oz and damn it's cold!!! We got 45 degrees from the vents. Anybody that has any ac buddies should check into this. No more sweating!!!!

Not sure, I gave the guy 40 bucks to pull a vacuum and it only requires 24 ounces of the stuff. Mine blows cold within a minute or 2. The guy said that you have to get air going into the condensor, before it starts getting really cold.

I used R406A, which is a direct replacement for R12 that requires no component changes. I work for an A/C company, so a box of beer for one of our service guys was all that was needed to sort out my car's A/C.
