Im not sure so doesn't anyone know if the fc features an unsynchronized tranny, Couln't find it in the FAQ. Just want to be sure if its safeand possible to use double clutch and heel and toe.

The transmission does utilize synchros. I don't see any harm in double-clutching or rev-matching(what you call "heel and toe")

Rev-matching, double-clutching and/or heel toe will extend the life of the synchros compared to downshifting w/o doing those things.
