I'm stumped then but heck Shine makes awesome fenders and bumpers so check them out in the Vendor section...the Sexy style hood still makes me build a blue jean tee pee

This can not be that hard to figure out guys.
First off shine does not make anything original so they should never have been thought of in the first place.
After a 5 minute search on yahoo for Panducky it lead me to Panducky motorsports. (I really hope you guys saw the Panducky sign on the door of the shop in the back ground and figured that out...)
So far I have not found this pic but have found info that says Panducky Motorsports built an LS1 FC (probably this one)
Then here is a link to one of the guys that works theres CRX which has a similar body kit style as the fc.

contacting that guy is pointless, pretty sure he's just gonna tell u to f--- off. lol.
edit, and that crx's body kit and the rx7's got nothing in common, at all, other then they are painted flat black to cover **** up lol

So what is the deal with the car being shot in front of their shop?
To me is seemed the smooth bubbly lines looked similar not just the flat paint hahaha.
You can see the guy in the links S2000 up on the lift so it would make sense that he or someone would know more about it.
That kit is definately unique I to be hones I kind of like it!

that car is Sublulu's and he is on the forum. I saw it a few years back when he was mulling putting it on his car. The hood is panspeed. IIRC he got it off of ebay with the panspeed hood for dirt cheap too. They are all fiberglass and came from some mold so i know they arent one off.

talk to sub9lulu on this forum i just noticed after reading this thread he has a picture of the same car with the hood open, he just posted in another a couple down from this about projectors lights

Ok so lets get some things straightened out.
The car is Sub9lulu's car.
Sub9lulu took these pics.
Sub9lulu bought the car with the kit already on it correct?
So as someone mentioned before the previous owner may have more info on it or have info on who he bought the car from.
Anyhow Sub9lulu congrats on having what could be one of the most unique FC kits out there. I hope you never need replacement panels hehehe and if so hopefully this thread will lead to an answer of what is what.
I agree that it does seem to be R-magic rear fenders molded into the bumper and body.
edit note: I just noticed the line from the r-magic kit and this kit is different as this kit goes up to the top of the trunk area but the R-magic kit only goes to the top of the tail lights.
