Types of clutches

I am thinking on getting a stronger clutch and possably going with a Racing Beat clutch for my s5 turbo. I am wondering what types of clutches people have went with like a 6 puck or sprung or unsprung and their experiances with them (if they liked or disliked).

Thanks

I'v never used a 6-puck myself, howeverm i have driven both sprung and unsprung, and if you are going to be using the car on the street... get the sprung, its much smoother (but still not as smooth as a disk by far)

Now then..

I've always like ACT clutches for the price and for the performance... I just got the ACT extreme street strip disc and pressure plate (Z65-XT00). For my TII, its supposed to hold 440 ft/lb of torque and is still a disc, it fits well, the pedal is a lot harder than the normal S/S clutch (ZC1-HD00) i had before the rebuild and the upgrades. The car will be fired up next weekend, so as of yet, i got no realy feel for how it works.
