two questions, one thread, i am amazing...

just today i noticed a bit of a whine, (from the glovebox...ish) when i turn on my heater fan. this coincides with running out of washer fluid...probably coincidence??? i get heat fine. it's just noisy. sounds like a pump trying to hard. or a hose leak kinda.

also is it possible/common for the 5th port to open but not 6th or vice versa. or the actuators to move but not open..........i'm pretty sure one opened but by the time i got to looking at the one thats harder to finger, (noticing grease was not smudged) i had already wiped the previous clean...just trying to get rid of power loss around 3500. in addition to grounds could tps be a troubleshootable prob??? thnx in advance.

If im not mistaken, your blower motor is behind your glove box. It could be working too hard. Look up in the FSM and remove your dash, check on the blower motor. Only thing i can say about this, is go very slowly. Take your time, and follow the FSM instructions.

Also, about the port, i have no clue. Havent done anything to check my ports yet.

Well you can have one port work and not another. On my sis's 7 that I brought back to life one of the ports was stuck so it wouldn't open or shut while the other port functioned fine. So from my expereince I would say that it is possible for one port to work and not another.

Probably the blower motor. It's easy to get to and remove if you take the glove box out...which is also easy to remove.
