Two Questions i have
Ok so i have for 3 days looked around and read every topic that i have been pointed towards but my questions still stand and haven't been answer.
1. Can i boost my 13B motor stock? (it's a 86 13b N/A) If so how much boost can it's stock parts hold without failing.
2. What is the base 1/4 mile time for the stock 86'-91' 13B? I'm just wondering if it's any quicker than my other car, the ride seems a little harder of a pull but i really am just wondering what other people's times have been... STOCK MOTOR NOT HIGHLY MODDED (maybe intake exhaust suspension thats ok little things)

There're several threads about boosting a 6-port NA. Look in the 2nd Gen FAQ. Icemark - may god rest his soul - did a PHENOMENAL job at setting up the FAQ section. Pretty much anything that you'd need to know, about most things, can be found there.
Doing an NA-T can get pretty hairy; I know, I'm rounding the home stretch on my FrankenSeven S4.5 NA-T, as we speak. Things like the proper ECU, harness, AFM, etc are wanted/ needed. NTM things like oil and coolant feed and return lines (if you're running a dual-feed turbo, just oil, if not), intercooler, injectors, etc.
While this conversion isn't for the squeamish or mentally challenged (or mechanically DEclined, FTM), the pay off can be much more rewarding....
Then you get into tuning and timing and then the REAL fun begins.
