Why does the power steering pump on the 2nd gen have two high pressure hoses going to it and one return and the 3rd gen has one high pressure hose and one return ,the reason i ask this is i just installed a 3rd gen motor in my 2nd gen and i am trying to figure out what to do since i have two high pressure hoses outlet coming from the power stering rack and how to hook it up to the 3rd gen pump which has one high pressure outlet.

I forgot to add this ,does the two presure outlets have the same pressure ,in that case i can use a tee and send pressure to both lines using one outlet

With the kind of money you must have, I would recommend a manual rack. You can find one for about $100, and it will make things alot easier and cleaner, while also relieving a bit of power.
