Two days of traveling for a 89 Vert...

...and it was worth it. BC, () was honest and upfront and any issues, replied quickly to my questions, (and I ask a lot of questions when purchasing a vehicle online!) and was a joy to deal with.

I'll spend the winter putting a new top on, replacing the steering wheel and shift **** as well as a few other little things and it should be good to go.

It's a great running little rotary. 14hr trip doing 75-90mph and it used just under 1/2 qt. of oil and got 21 mpg.

It needed to be buffed out, and I'll actually strip it and re-do everything in the Spring, but I just wanted to get a quick coat on for the Winter.

25-30 minuted with the buffer does wonders!






What a great interior too. Very rare to find interiors this nice, not to mention nearly new looking leather seats.

He stole it from me, and I stole it from Kevin at Rotary Resurrection when I bought a car from him.


The plates are expired. They were on my 91 and when Jason bought the car from me we switched plates so he could get it to MO without getting pulled over in every state on the way home.


Glad to see it made it ok. Looks better than I have seen it in a few months. Hope you enjoy the car Jason.

I'm jealous, I drove about 500 miles to the far side of PA only to find the car was a complete hack job.

Beautiful vert you have there.

wow.. nice find man.. thats how i was with my vert.. did an overnight trip from vegas to san fransisco to get the car.. then straight back.. 22 hours straight driving for my vert but it was well worth it.. I love the car and im sure youll love that one.. its in VERY good condition

1/2 quart of oil huh... Seems a little high.. What's the miles?

LESS THAN 1/2 qt. is not at all bad for nearly 1000 miles of 80-90 mph, not to mention all the mountains and a couple bumps up to 100mph.

It's a great little motor!
