twin tip single muffler?

i'm just wondering if anyone is running a twin/dual tip single muffler? fitment basically is what i am looking for.

i want to get a new muffler to replace my two existing 3 inch singles. i'm looking to save some weight and costs by going with a 2.5-inch single system (muffler i am looking at is almost $300 a piece) and i'm wondering if maybe a twin tip muffler is a better way to go than the usual huge 4-inch single.

comments, pictures, etc. appreciated.

thanks
