Here are some pics.

I run an s5 turbo,Full RB setup, No emm, and TID w/cone filter. I hit boost almost instanlly with no boost creep.

Here are some more pics of the turbo manifold. Notice the smaller intake for the flapper gate on the s4 turbo.

To take the turbo apart loosen all the bolts. The pics show which bolts to work against each other. Turn each bolt a little at a time until the turbo pops apart. I used my s4 turbo coldside since it was in great shape.

I removed the twin scroll from my turbo manifold. The hardest part was grinding the flapper out of there. A big old grinder doesn't fit too well. I learned the easiest way tho. Cut the arm on the ourside, then cut the tack weld that holds the little sleeve to the manifold. Slide sleeve out, flapper falls out.

I get some mad fast boost without it, but I have ported exhaust.

It also great to have help when working on turbos. Dutchess is ASE certfied.

Ahhh, thanks for the pics. The guy I bought my car from had one of those Ebay bolt on manifolds, so I never got to see the facory s4 manifold with the valve.

My dog was a certified pooper
