Why do you "need help asap"? Have you done something to that nut?

Nut? There's a thing that holds the actuator on... Maybe I'm missing something, got a picture or diagram?

ok I just removed the twin scroll actuator arm from the flap and I was wondering if I'm under the car and the flap is facing the front right wheel is that closed or open? The other direction it points is toward the front of the car. THanks.
