Turning over Problems.

Sup guys. I drove my car one night (RX7 1991-non/turbo) , went to start it two days later. And got nothing. The only response I get is a *whining* sound while turning the key on. I've posted here before.. a guy mentioned it may be flooded. I ended up taking it to a mechanic after following *Un-flooding RX7's* manual and still nothing. The mechanic says Compression problems. Is there any way to check this or be sure?
Any suggestions or other ideas besides non-compression. Please, feel free..

If your car is flooding you may want to install a Fuel Cut-off switch.

It simply cuts power to the fuel pump when you open the circut. This way oil is still injected and the starter will crank the engine.

Alot faster than pulling your plugs all the time.

I think that whinning sound is your fan??
