The 5th and 6th ports are located on the passanger side, on the lower intake manifold. You'll see two actuators mounted facing at about a 45 degree angle away from each other, it'll look like two little cans on each side with arms coming out of the center. Those arms are what operate the 5th and 6th ports. You can make your own inlet duct and buy a K&N filter for well under $189. The problem is, you're not going to get much performance out of an N/A without dumping in quite the boatload of money. And the cost of converting it to a turbo, especially if you know nothing about it already, is going to exceed the cost of just buying a turbo car to begin with.

Make your own intake! My custom cold air intake that goes under the car to where the washer fluid bottle is cost me all of about 40-50 bucks.

It's better to start with the N/a, you can get an idea for the car, fix all the little gremlins, and they're a bit more reliable than a TII, so you can get used to fixing them before you dive into the turbo world.

I wish I was a mod.
Anyhow, if you dont have any idea how to make a custom intake, then you dont need to own a T2.. Dont think im an ***, thats just how it is. And what the hell are you talkinga bout here:

Firstly, you dont really need to go searching for them, just LOOK right above your exhaust manifold, and you will see them, really close to the airpump
Second, What is do you mean unlike them?
Third, if you mean they are siezed shut, you dont need loads of cash to fix them, at worse you need to pull your LIM and fix the sleeves. But probalby, all you need to do is take the acuators off, and put some penetrating oil on those bitches and clean then up. taking off the actuators is *REALLY* easy. its a matter of a few 10mm screws: http://www.aaroncake.net/RX-7/6portfix.htm
