If you pull the EGI fuse....... no gas will come out.... the Fuel system has been disabled!!!!!!
Squirt a little, and i mean a verly little ATF in the spark plug holes.. I use a plastic syringe.. you only need like a ml per rotor/// that'll lube the housings and help loosen the apex seals

After 2 years, the gas that was in the tank is kaput. How much new gas did you put in? Drain the tank. Thats the begining. Chances are the sock on the fuel pump is varnished over. Remove the fuel pump and replace the sock with a new one. They are cheap. Next, the same varnish issue may well have clogged the fuel filter that has not seen flow in 2 years. Get a new one.
Since you turned it over already, you prolly sucked up diluted old/new gas and you may have difficulty getting it to start until the old crap is purged after you have drained the tank. Make sure battery well charged and keep trying after the filters have been replaced.
The oil/ATF squirts will be important i re-establishing compression.
Check for spark from the spark plug wires. Two years of moisture may have hurt. It would be best to change them anyway.
For what it may be worth, you really should do a 30K tune up on this puppy as well.

You don't need to remove the tank to get to the pump. It's under the rear carpet though. The screws are kind of soft so be careful taking them out. You don't want to strip them. If the screws don't strip the pump is very easy to remove. Hopefully there won't be any pressure in there!
