Turn signals not working but hazards etc
Turn signals aren't working. I did all the tests with the CPU jumped the 12v to both signal wires it tripped the bulb just fine... I have continuity in my switch hazards flash with the cluster And all the bulbs. Fuses are all fine. I did replace the harness cause my old one was bad. Ground on the steering column is good. I'm not really sure what else to check. However I noticed when I applied 12v to the black wire with yellow stripe they worked just fine with the switch I'm not sure if I'm missing a plug on my new harness or what. I do not have an engine harness in it at this time but from what I read on here it doesn't have anything to do with my lights I'm not sure what else to check. Also does not click cpu when turns are initiated. Literally does nothing. Brights work fine.
Also prolly worthy to note I'm only getting .3v output from the switch. Can the switch have good continuity but still be sending low voltage or is that normal? This is across two separate switches
