I have a weird issue with my turn signals only coming on only when the headlights are on. Anyone take a guess?

 

The relays and switches are totally separate. I'd check to make sure someone didn't monkey around with your wiring at some point. Sounds like a real head scratcher.

 

So far it looks like a short. Right now all switches work but switching on the headlight switch, it lights up the instrument panel (the turn indicators and high beam indicator) and as I said the turn signals.
Looks like I'll be tearing the dash tomorrow.
