Turn Signal Lever falling off (88 TII)

Hey guys, for as long as I can remember on this car, the turn signal lever has never been attached...it falls off all the time..and I've just never bothered with fixing it...well I'm driving the car more and it's getting annoying. What is suppose to be holding this thing on? I assumed some kind of clip...but I've also heard it is a small screw. So which is it and where can I find one? If you have what I need...I'll give you a few bucks for it as well.

Come on man you've got to be kidding me you drive a rotary, you have 1188 posts and you cant figure out how the turn signal lever goes on? Well let me save you the trouble and just tell you. If you look at the inside edge of the lever on the short side of the "L" shape you will see a hole that a screw goes into that will tighten against the metal post of the turn itself. Either the screw fell out or its just loose. So there you go, have at it and good luck with the fix.

Try removing your seat and going over your interior with a fine tooth comb. Don't forget to look under the edges of the carpet.

It's a small brass Phillips-head screw.

thanks...but if it's just a small screw I'm sure I can find something that will work. I've got a whole drawer full of small screws and whatnot from computer work.
