TurboXS Boost Controller on Turbo 2 ?????
I was wondering if anyone has used turboxs boost controller, the one that runs around 100 dollars, on a turbo 2 rx7?? I was thinking of buying it but i don't think that they have instructions on how to install it on rx7 and i don't know where that actullay goes. So if anyone has done this before please post directions. Also how safe is it???
thanks

I have used it. The installation is very straight forward and should be included in the package (okay, it may not be 100% the same, but it should be enought for you to install it). Just remove the rubber hose from the turbo and actuator and connect the XS to it. Then run the supplied rubber line fromt the XS to the actuator.
it is a great BC, imo. It is safe (depending on your mods and your settings). However, I switched to the AVC-R becasue I wanted adjustability w/o going under the hood. Good luck,

well my friend helped me made a boost controller b4 i installed the turbo xs, turned out that there are some difference,
i foudn out that turbo xs are easy to adjust, homemade one was very sensitive,
second, turbo spools up much faster using turbo xs,
i am using the boost controller to lower my boost to 8 psi, since i don't have fuel mods yet,
it's great so far, and i been running this setup for about 1.5 yr,
and for me it's not like i need to adjust boost level everything..
