Recently my car has been acting sluggish, but only sometimes. Boost is not going where it should go to. The other night the rear hose of my IC popped off and that did exactly what my engine had been doing, but to an extreme. I figured that had been the problem. I reattached it and all seemed well. That didnt last long. I figure that perhaps the pipe is just loose again (or just not on all the way), but it still doesen't make sense to me why from a 2nd gear roll i can boost up to 11psi, but when i shift to 3rd it hits 7psi at about 3.5k and sticks till 7. Someone please help me get my boost back!!!!!

Checked all the seals between the turbo and intake, right?
